- A video featuring an Orlando police officer and a Tesla driver shows a confrontation over a missing license plate, with the officer trying to get the driver’s information to resolve the issue.
A video featuring Frank Sloup of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office shows why it’s important to be kind to officers. Or, at least, why it’s important to just give an officer your information when asked so that you both can go on your merry ways.
Unfortunately, for one Tesla driver in that Orlando area, she did not make things very easy. Officer Sloup watches on as the scene unfolds in front of him, making sure not to say anything until it is finished.
By the end, it becomes pretty clear that the officer was simply doing his job, and it was the other driver who was making it difficult. Honestly, I think the encounter would have been shorter than the actual length of the video had she just cooperated…
