Massachusetts residents are all too familiar with the cost of food increasing regularly. I feel like when I go grocery shopping, I walk out with very little but practically pay an arm and a leg for those small amounts of items.
Obviously, that’s not just my experience; people are feeling the price hikes and pinch throughout the Bay State. Many people continue to struggle to make ends meet. Some folks have the unfortunate choice of having to choose one basic need over the other week to week, which nobody should have to experience, but that’s reality.
One thing people can do is sniff out the deals and shop smarter. Using coupons can help. Also, if the grocery store you have been shopping at for years is becoming too expensive, it may be time to look for a new store that offers more value for your money…
