WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Sedgwick County District Attorney Marc Bennett announced his findings Tuesday on a 2025 fatal law enforcement shooting.
Bennett concluded that all officers who fired their weapons at Devario Edwards, killing him, were justified under Kansas law.
The shooting happened on Jan. 23, 2025, outside of what was then Spirit AeroSystems near Oliver Street and MacArthur Road.
