LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Tracy Davenport was sentenced Monday to federal prison after pleading guilty to defrauding more than 50 customers with her fraudulent pool business.
Davenport, 51, was sentenced to five years and three months in federal prison on 11 counts of wire fraud, one count of bankruptcy fraud and five counts of money laundering. Her sentence will be followed by three years of supervised release. She will also be required to pay $3,398,536.75 in restitution.
