CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — It is definitely a lot calmer now across Cedar Rapids, especially on the corner of Wiley Boulevard and Jupiter Avenue, but Wednesday morning, it was definitely a different case.
The streets were flooded. Iowa’s News Now talked with one local who watched it all from her window. She saw a car get stuck, the Cedar Rapids Fire Department come to the rescue and a tow truck, take it away.
