JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a 20 year-old man was killed during a shooting.
The shooting occurred in the 300 block of North Prentiss Street just before 11:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026.
According to police, witnesses stated that four men were standing in front of an apartment complex when a brown SUV (possibly a Yukon or Tahoe) fired shots in their direction. A 20-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene after being shot…
