BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A 17-year-old was arrested Wednesday evening after failing to stop for police, hitting three vehicles and then fleeing on foot.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on June 17, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a wanted vehicle near Eastern Blvd. and Kingston Rd. in Middle River, authorities said.
