Shooting reported at hotel in Sturbridge where SUV crashed into building

There was a large police response to a report of a shooting overnight at a hotel in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, where an SUV had crashed into the building.

Sturbridge police confirm they responded along with Massachusetts State Police to 400 Haynes Street, the listed address for the Sturbridge Plaza Hotel, around 12:55 a.m. Thursday.

Police haven’t said anything about the vehicle to this point, but video from the scene shows a black SUV appears to be lodged in a specific room on the first floor of the 3-story hotel. Investigators were seen looking inside of the vehicle, and walking around it with a flashlight…
