Worcester manager foreshadows big housing changes in state of city speech

WORCESTER — Worcester City Manager Eric Batista is promising residents action this year to address homelessness, improve housing development, fix road infrastructure and increase internet accessibility in the city.

All of these promises were made during Batista’s third State of the City Address inside the Levi Lincoln Chamber at Worcester City Hall on Wednesday evening.
