CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An undocumented immigrant was sentenced to 15 years in prison for six counts of arson and other crimes in Charleston County.
Marleny Fernandez pled guilty to four counts of arson 2nd degree, two counts of arson 3rd degree, one count of attempt to burn, and one count of grand larceny, according to Solicitor Scarlett A. Wilson.
