BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — During an argument the night of Aug. 15, Samuel Magdaleno made clear what he’d do if he confirmed someone was sleeping with his girlfriend.
“If I find out that it’s true, I’m coming back to shoot you,” Magdaleno told the man with whom he argued according to a court filing.
