Deputies: 110 mph chase in Kansas leads to discovery of meth, stolen vehicle

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were involved in a 110 mph chase Thursday with a driver suspected of driving the wrong way on the Kansas Turnpike in a stolen vehicle.

It started after the driver exited the turnpike near El Dorado.

The sheriff’s office said that during the high-speed pursuit, the suspect traveled into oncoming traffic lanes and blew through multiple traffic lights.
