Cincinnati has earned another offensive commitment in its 2027 class with running back Roman Coney. The Richland, New Jersey, native chose the Bearcats over interest from Syracuse, UConn, Duke, Wake Forest and others following his official visit to Clifton over the weekend. He completed an official visit to Syracuse on May 29 and is still scheduled to visit UConn on June 15.
Coney is the second running back commitment in Cincinnati’s 2027 class, joining Preston Beckham. He joins Ronnie Gomiller, Chad Willis and Camden Hughes as offensive playmakers in the class.
