ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Rochester International Jazz Festival made its grand return to the East End District for its 23rd year on Friday evening, and music enthusiasts were excited to say the least! With new talent and big changes from past years, organizers are eager to welcome the crowds each act draws in.
Over the next nine days, more than 1,500 musicians are expected to perform across 19 different stages from Parcel 5 to Jazz Street Stage on Gibbs Street near Eastman School of Music. 27 of those performances are free, while some are ticketed events.
