NKY domestic abuse situation turns into SWAT standoff after suspect pulls gun: police

RYLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (WKRC) – A domestic violence investigation in Northern Kentucky escalated into a SWAT standoff after a suspect allegedly pointed a gun at a police officer, authorities said.

Officers with the Kenton County Police Department responded to a domestic violence call around 2:56 p.m. June 20 at a residence in Ryland Heights.
