BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — One week after the massive B-52 jet crashed in the Edwards Air Force Base carrying eight people onboard, more resources are becoming available to help the victim’s families.
The eight crew members aboard the flight last Monday included military personnel, engineers and government workers.

The crash occurred on one of the Air Force base’s runways shortly after takeoff. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
