ODOT concentrating funds on state’s existing transportation system

Oregon’s beleaguered Department of Transportation has plenty of problems to worry about without also trying to construct an entirely new highway in Newberg.

As such, the goal of erecting a second section of the Newberg-Dundee bypass is simmering on the back burner of the state’s transportation objectives.
