VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with a domestic shooting Sunday evening on West Kendall Circle that left another man dead.
Emergency Communication and Citizen Services received a report in reference to a shooting in the 2100 block of West Kendall Circle at approximately 8:15 p.m.
