MONROE CO. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing the third graduate of its 2026 jail education program.
Sheriff Troy Goodnough announced that Briar Ray recently earned a GED while incarcerated in the Monroe County Jail. Officials said Ray completed the program while serving as an inmate service worker and participating in opioid education and intensive outpatient treatment programs.
