MARENGO — Kelley James Bearbower, 44, of Conroy was charged June 19 in Iowa County District Court with driving while barred.
Bearbower was stopped by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department at 180th St. and U.S. Highway 151 about 2:18 p.m. June 18 for failing to obey a traffic control device. He pulled into a residential driveway, the criminal complaint says.
