Chimborazo in Minneapolis temporarily reduces capacity following basement fire

Chimborazo in Northeast Minneapolis says it has temporarily reduced capacity as it makes repairs from a recent basement fire.

The Ecuadorian restaurant, located on Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis, announced the news in a Tuesday Instagram post.

“We want to let you know that we recently experienced a fire in our basement. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but we are currently working hard to clean up and restore our space,” the post read.
