COVENTRY — The 22nd Annual Buckeye Martinfest will take place June 28 from 1 to 4 p.m. at North Reservoir Boat Launch, 803 State Mill Road.
Members of the public will be able to feed the purple martin birds, hold the babies, see the nests and watch the tagging process for migration tracking. Shown at right is a child holding a baby purple martin under supervision. Last year 250 members of the public attended the family-friendly event, according to organizers.
