PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a driver who struck a pedestrian and fled the scene on Interstate 95 in Prince William County.
Police said the hit-and-run happened at 12:33 p.m. on June 14 on I-95 northbound just north of the Quantico exit.
Investigators said a sedan was stopped in the left travel lane due to a crash, and the driver was outside the vehicle waiting for assistance when a second vehicle, described as a gray SUV, attempted to pass the stopped car on the shoulder…
