KALAMAZOO, MI — A former paper mill site in Kalamazoo will be transformed into affordable housing for people in substance abuse recovery under a $19 million redevelopment project that received a $1 million state grant.
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy announced the funding to the William Schma House brownfield redevelopment project on Wednesday, June 24.
