One of Carmel’s oldest buildings in the Arts & Design District recently got a refresh.
Last summer, Adam McNeil of Turnkey Communities purchased the building on the north side of Main Street that houses Fayrouz restaurant, Atlas & Temple watch shop, Carmel Dance Atelier and, for now, State Farm Insurance. McNeil lives nearby and became tired of watching the structure fall into disrepair.
“I drive by it, so it’s more than just an investment property,” McNeil said. “I wanted to have it look nice when I drive by.”…
