MEMPHIS, Tenn — The Overton Park Conservancy wants your opinion on some proposed improvements and changes, as the park celebrates its 125th year.
A new pavilion is planned at Rainbow Lake to create what the group calls “a welcoming front door to the park, a gateway between the city and the Old Forest.”
The lake would be expanded and the concrete barrier removed for a more natural edge with boardwalks…
