GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Storms on Wednesday led to the Farmers Market on Broadway in downtown Green Bay closing early, but video shared with Action 2 News shows some vendors did not have time to tear down before conditions worsened.
On Broadway Inc. posted on its Facebook page before the storms that it had spoken with the National Weather Service and had no plans to cancel. That decision was reversed shortly after 6 p.m., when organizers posted that the event would be canceled.
