BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The cause of death for the man who went unresponsive while in custody in Delano back in May was determined to be “Combined Drug Toxicity.”
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office report, on May 9, 2026, 36-year-old Andrew Joseph Francisco went unresponsive while in custody at Cecil Avenue and Kensington Street in Delano.
