FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Allen County Coroner’s Office says a 61-year-old man involved in an altercation earlier this month has died, ruling his death a homicide.
The coroner says 61-year-old Wayne Andrew Foster was involved in a physical altercation in the 2000 block of Nelson Street on Thursday, June 11.
