GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Buc-ee’s, the Texas-based travel center chain that has amassed a cult following, continues to build its presence in the Midwest.
Buc-ee’s is looking to build its first travel center in Indiana. The planned location in Greenwood, Indiana — just south of Indianapolis — would include a 74,000-square-foot building and 120 fueling stations, according to planning documents.

The beaver-themed chain has recently been expanding in the Midwest: It recently opened a location in Huber Heights, Ohio, and is planning another one in Wisconsin. No Michigan locations have been announced, but the chain has previously said it’s “looking everywhere” as it grows.
