GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — About a month after celebrating the grand opening of the Acrisure Amphitheater in downtown Grand Rapids, city leaders are facing a new challenge: Noise complaints.
The amphitheater held its first concert May 15. SInce then, residents have filed concerns about the noise carrying for miles. Earlier this month, residents flooded the City Commission meeting, saying the shows there are both too loud and go on for too long.
