Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair shares warning signs of bigger home issues

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair said homeowners should not ignore changes such as sticking doors, wall cracks or uneven floors because they can indicate underlying structural or moisture problems.

Cole Bostwick, the company’s general manager, said homeowners should watch for sagging floors, musty odors, signs of mold and rot, wet basements, settled foundations and sinking concrete in areas such as driveways and pool decks.
