CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Manchester woman is charged with assault after allegedly throwing a knife at a woman from the passenger seat of a moving vehicle in Cedar Rapids.
Paige Abbott was charged with assault by using or displaying a deadly weapon after the incident occurred on Thursday.
