- Heavy rainfall in Spencer County causes flooding and road damage, leading to closures and a state of emergency being declared by Judge Executive Scott Travis.
A second round of rain comes into Spencer County in the evening. The rain drops add to the area of Roberts Road, already impacted by the rainfall from earlier in the day.
The floodwaters tore chunks of asphalt from the road, forcing it to be closed.
