ALLIANCE, Ohio (WOIO) – The Alliance Police Department is warning the public of a serial prowler targeting elderly women in the city Sunday.
Police say the suspect approaches either a back window or patio door of homes and apartments and displays explicit video or images on a cell phone or tablet before fleeing on foot.
