A man riding an electric bike died after he was struck by a driver near an on-ramp to Interstate 880 in Fremont on Saturday, police said.
At around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Auto Mall Parkway and Grimmer Boulevard regarding a major traffic collision.
