HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Officials with Evansville Water and Sewer Utility have announced that all trash collections this week will take place earlier in the day to protect drivers from extreme heat and humidity.
Republic Services will begin trash collection an hour earlier than normally scheduled due to the intense heat and humidity that is expected through Friday in Evansville. Residents will be asked to place their waste and recycle carts the night before to support the temporary change in scheduled start times.
