A Mt. Vernon man will serve a total of 16 years in prison after being convicted of resisting law enforcement in Posey and Vanderburgh County.
Blake Weinzapfel, age 26, appeared in the Posey Circuit Court last week where he was sentenced by Judge Craig Goedde to six (6) years in prison after being convicted of Resisting Law Enforcement, a Level 5 Felony.
As part of his plea agreement and in accordance with Indiana law, Weinzapfel’s Posey County sentence will be served consecutively to his sentence in Vanderburgh County…
