LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence after allegedly disregarding signs and driving into an overpass along 3rd Street near Winkler Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
According to Louisville Metro Police, 55-year-old Hoby Dillon was charged with reckless driving, disregarding a traffic control device and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
