Bi(n)g news for Bing cherry lovers! Some of the best ice creameries in the Portland area are going all in on cherries in July.
Beginning on Wednesday, six of the area’s most beloved purveyors of cold treats will be featuring “limited-edition cherry-inspired dessert” items as part of the “Northwest Cherry Trail,” according to a news release from Northwest Cherry Growers, the trade group sponsoring the cherry extravaganza.
The special goodies will be available for the entire month at Sugarpine Drive-In, Kate’s Ice Cream, Pinolo Gelato, Ice Queen, Cornet Custard and Cloud City Ice Cream…
