PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A man who was killed in a crash in the Kerns neighborhood last week has been identified by the Portland Police Bureau.
The crash happened at about 9:12 p.m. on July 13 on East Burnside Street at Northeast 24th Avenue. Police said officers arrived to the scene and found a motorcyclist dead. The other driver involved in the crash stayed on scene.
