HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Jurors in a Gibson County triple homicide heard from the lone survivor of the shooting that took place in May of last year.
45-year-old Juan Ramirez said he was getting something out of the refrigerator when Patrick Waite shot him in the back. Ramirez said that things when black after he was shot, and he woke up and dialed 911.
The defense for Waite challenged testimony from Ramirez, including pointing out that he was shot in the front, not from the back. Ramirez also admitted to joining a California gang when he was 11 years old, and that he had smoked methamphetamine approximately a week ago…
