SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls Police announced the missing 11-year-old was found safe.
The Sioux Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 11-year-old.
Police say Tristan Oakland was last seen riding a black bicycle in the 900 block of South Cleveland Avenue. He’s described as 5 feet tall, about 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and shorts, a white hat, and blue shoes…
