COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA. (WOWT) – The second phase of Council Bluffs’ 311 program is now underway.
The program, which launched earlier this year, began as an anonymous tool that allows residents to report homeless encampments directly to the city’s outreach team.
In a release sent Tuesday, the Council Bluffs says residents can use the program to report the following:
- Animal control concerns
- General concerns
- High grass and weeds
- Improper disposal of solid waste
- Missed trash pickups
- Park and park facility issues
- Potholes
- Street light outages
- Trail concerns
- Tree-related issues
Requests sent through the program, made in-house by the city’s information technology team, will be routed to the appropriate department and can reviewed, assigned, and tracked to completion…
