EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville kicked off its celebration for America’s 250th birthday Wednesday with a proclamation.
A large American flag hung over the front of the civic center as Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry read the proclamation to the crowd.
