FRANKFORT, Ky. — Investigations by the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General and its state and federal partners uncovered nearly $11 million in alleged Medicaid fraud, resulting in charges against six individuals, according to Attorney General Russell Coleman.
Attorney General Russell Coleman announced July 1 that Kentucky participated in the National Health Care Fraud Takedown, a nationwide initiative that resulted in 455 defendants being charged in connection with more than $6.5 billion in alleged fraud.
