Ohio Department of Education investigating Columbus City Schools

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is opening an investigation into Columbus City Schools after the district self-reported serious anomalies in state testing at two of its schools.

The district reported the problems at Walnut Ridge and Independence high schools, according to the Ohio Department of Education. In response, the Columbus school board chose to invalidate the results for every subject at both schools. Watch the latest headlines from NBC4 in the player above.
