INDIANA (WEVV) — Communities across the region are getting a head start on Independence Day festivities today with multiple events planned.
Residents and families are invited to celebrate the holiday spirit at the Fourth of July Festival at Newburgh Health and Rehab from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The evening will feature a festive mix of activities designed for all ages, including:
- Food trucks
- Bounce house
- Watermelon eating contest
- Face painting
- A small fireworks show
There is another celebration at Hamilton Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center, where a Fourth of July begins at 6:30 p.m.
