MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – Firefighters responded to a house fire on Friday that may have stemmed from a lightning strike.
The Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department said that crews were called to a reported residential fire on Slater Drive and that when crews arrived at the scene, they found smoke coming from the home.
“Firefighters quickly entered the residence and extinguished the fire,” the department said. “The home was unoccupied at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported.”…
