Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Some residents at Park Square in downtown Rochester say ongoing elevator problems reached a breaking point Thursday, when they reported all three elevators were out of service for roughly eight hours.
Tenants reached out to 13WHAM News, saying the outage left some disabled residents stranded and unable to get to their apartments.
